Annual contributed revenue increased 32% while George was development director of Ballet Arizona. This was a real team effort with staff, volunteers, and George raising $2M-3M each year. Ballet Arizona reached and exceeded its annual fundraising goal for the first time in four years! At the same time, it secured the final $1M for The Next Step $13M capital campaign and established The New Works Initiative with $500,000 in new gifts for creative projects.
